- Locate your appointment confirmation email you received from Prometric for your original appointment and click the “Cancel/Reschedule” option.
- If you cannot reschedule this way, you can go to the Prometric Website and click the “Schedule” button.
- Please note: You will need to locate your candidate/eligibility ID you received when you originally purchased the exam in order to reschedule this way. This can be found on your order confirmation for that exam which can be found in your order history.
