How do I change my name?

You can request to have your name updated by completing the Name Change Form.

Note: You will need to provide a photo of a Government-Issued ID, Driver’s License, Passport, or Marriage Certificate.

How do I change my email address?

Login to My SOA and click “Edit Contact Information” on the My Account tab to update your email address.

How do I change my mailing address?

Login to https://store.soa.org/MyAccount/MyAddresses.aspx to update your mailing address.
