How do I change my name?
You can request to have your name updated by completing the Name Change Form.
Note: You will need to provide a photo of a Government-Issued ID, Driver’s License, Passport, or Marriage Certificate.
How do I change my email address?
Login to My SOA and click “Edit Contact Information”. Scroll down to the email addresses. You can then edit an existing email address or delete and add a new email address.
